Shri Vedavyasa Charitable Trust accepts donation both in cash and kind.

Donations to the trust may be made via multiple modes like on-line fund transfer, cheque and cash.

In accordance with section 269ST of the income tax act the Trust is not permitted to receive in cash an amount equal to ₹ 2 Lakh or more from a single person per day.

For all cash donation above ₹ 2,000/- donors will have to submit a copy of the PAN along with a valid identity proof which carries the donors address.

Donations made to the trust are eligible for tax exemptions under section 80G of the income tax act. For further details refer the section on 80G policy.

The Trust also accepts donation in kind. The items which may be accepted by the trust are items like medicines and equipment’s for the hospital, fodder and medicines for the cattle or equipment’s for development of the gaushala. Donors may also donate grains, grocery, kitchen equipment’s etc. items which may be used in annadan sewa. The trust also welcomes donations in kind for the upliftment of the pilgrim accommodations managed by the trust.

Donors are requested to insist on valid trust receipts for all donations made whether in cash or in kind.

Donation made to the trust will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The trust does not accept foreign donations.
